Fynd has third party delivery service, we make sure that the orders are properly delivered to the customer on time, at times delay might happen & as soon as the orders are delivered they get the sms confirmation. Also this status will be visible in the app as the delivery is done. In case if you have not received the product please make sure to raise it to the customer support team within 24 to 48 hours via chat or email. Our team will share the proof of delivery post investigation with the delivery partner. Delivery partner will share the secret delivery code( OTP ) or will take the signature as the proof at the time of delivery.
