Your return request may be declined due to the following reasons
Original tags are removed from the product
Product is stained, damaged or torn
Product is used or washed
Free products or accessories along with the original products are missing
Once the product is used or the tag is removed then the return is not applicable.
In case if the product is received in such condition please contact the customer support team within 48 hours. Post 48 hours investigation will not be possible from the brands/logistics end.
Warranty is provided by the brand and not by Fynd. Once the product is used then the product cannot be returned.
