Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) carefully before availing the Fynd x Simpl February Offer (“the Offer”) from 1st February 2023 to 28th February 2023 (“Offer Period”) being organized by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited (“Fynd”) in collaboration with Simpl (“Simpl”) on www.fynd.com ("Fynd Website") and on Fynd mobile application (“Fynd Mobile App”), collectively called “the Platform”. The customer (“Participant/You/Your”) agrees that, by participating in this Offer, the Participant will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that the Participant shall satisfy all the Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below.



Offer Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The Offer is eligible for all customers during the Offer period i.e. between 1st February 2023 to 28th February 2023, wherein you can get 15% cashback upto ₹300* on your 1st transaction using Simpl on Fynd.
  2. No Minimum Order Value or Coupon Code is required.
  3. This offer is valid from 1st February 2023 to 28th February 2023 on Fynd’s website and app. 
  4. This offer is applicable once per user during the Offer Period. 
  5. This Offer is valid on Simpl payment transactions only.
  6. This Offer is valid only on Fynd’s website and app.
  7. Eligible cashback amount and details will reflect in the user's Simpl account, within 5 minutes of a successful transaction.
  8. The eligible amount will be credited to a user’s Simpl account post-settlement of the current dues.
  9. Cashback will be canceled in case of full refunds or cancellation of orders.
  10. Any customer availing the cashback shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

In the  event of any conflict between Fynd’s Policies and these Offer Terms, these  Offer Terms will prevail for the purposes of this Offer only.
  18. In connection with all matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Offer Terms) , Fynd’s decision shall be final and binding on all the Participants.
  19. The decision of Fynd in providing the usage of the Offer to You shall be indisputable  and final. 
  20. The  Offer applies only to items listed on the Platform.
  21. The  Offer cannot be converted into cash or credit.
  22. Fynd  reserves the right to amend, revoke, modify or cancel the Offer at any  time, without any liability.
  23. Fynd  cannot be held responsible for any of the instances pertaining to the  Offer, nor will Fynd re-issue, compensate, accept or provide any remedy of  reasons including but not limited to;
    • If the product is unavailable as confirmed by a brand/seller;
    • If, for any reason, a brand/seller cancels the order;
    • If, the Participant could not avail the Offer due to any force majeure, technical or server problems or anything beyond the control of Fynd, which may prevent a Participant to avail the Offer during the Offer period;
    • If the product is lost during transit;
    • In case of any other events beyond Fynd's control including technical glitches that may cause the Offer to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to the Participant;
    • In case if the Participant is not credited with the cashback by Simpl.
  1. The  Offer becomes void if restricted or prohibited by law.
  2. Participants are not bound in any way to participate or avail this Offer. Participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best-effort basis.
  3. Any Participant availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
  4. Fynd reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel,  discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent  Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a  regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Participants without prior notice.
  5. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Fynd reserves the right to revoke the Offer at any time.
  6. Fynd does not accept responsibility for network, computer, or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
  7. In the event of any dispute in relation to this Offer T&C, the decision of Fynd in respect of such dispute shall be final and binding and no correspondence or request shall be entertained on this behalf.
  8. Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Fynd and its Affiliates harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings that may be suffered by Fynd and/or its Affiliates as a  consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the Participant; (ii)  violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Participants part.
  9. Participants agree that these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any dispute arising out of the  Offer.
